Mission:
Responsible for executing, coordinating and monitoring in order to achieve Channel/Category objectives.
Main functions:
- Develop and actively promote Channel understanding within or Market;
- Champion category and prioritize channel for the category;
- Provide Business Unit/Market with visibility of Channel Attractiveness and propose Channels Strategy;
- Develop Channel, Shopper & Customer Insight for the country;
- Develop Vision, Objectives and Strategies by Channel;
- Drive integrated Business Planning process for the country by closely working with CCSD of the region.
Profile:
- 3 to 5 years experience in Marketing and Sales field;
- Local market knowledge. Understanding of Company strategies;
- Local Trade and International Retailers knowledge;
- Knowledge and understanding of Channel and customer needs consumer behavior;
- Retail Management and Field Management knowledge;
- Creative, Challenging, Resilient, Team-player, Initiative-taker, Proactive, Persistent;
- Results-oriented, Capable of working under pressure, People-oriented, Committed and Dynamic;
- Angolan nationality (preferable).
