Performance Operations Manager
Job Description:

Responsible for the provision to deliver rig based well construction services and contract execution with the client within the Division in accordance with Company’s core processes and performance standards. Coordinate and collaborate in a team spirit with Operation Manager Asset in establishing shared rig goals which support the delivery of well construction services. Operations Manager - Performance must lead by example and show visible demonstration of Company's Core Values.

- Financial Management
Education:
- Drilling or petroleum engineering degree, or engineering degree in other discipline or,
- High School diploma or equivalent with rig based drilling experience in lieu of above, but inclusive of in-house drilling and management training courses.

Skills:
- Computer literacy to facilitate the use of company provided proprietary software as well as common Office Suite programs utilized in daily Company's business. Must possess very good communication skills; oral and written. Ability to plan, strategize and direct operational issues as required. Leadership skills to develop individuals within the rig and office teams.
