Country Senior Credit Controller

Key Tasks
• Collection process: Monitoring account receivable; Follow up on payment with customer within credit limit and prevent delays beyond 30 days; Visit customers on a regular basis, and coordinate meetings with customers and PA operation Responsibles;
• Maintaining track of customers which have frequent rejected invoices, report to operations in detail the reasons and updating status in SAP;
• Investigate the cases leading to delay of payment & further communication to respective department.
• Monitoring delivery of invoices (using internal database & SAP) and updating status in SAP.
• Creation of new account in system based on complete filled up credit application form with approval;
• Monthly report of collection status to Country Head Office.
• Monthly receivable review report to Country Head Office.
• Reconciliation of account receivables;
• Manage accounts with bad debt and claims settlement upon receiving approval from Country Management.
• Master data base maintenance of customer in SAP by revising credit terms and contracts;
• Ensure zero outstanding for customers created with zero credit terms;
• Keep abreast of current and new contracts\tariffs and assist Marketing & Sales department as necessary;
• Endure correct implementation of all Company Processes and procedures;
• Keep abreast of Company services and new developments;
• Participate actively in improving the quality of Company operations and services;
• Apply HSE rules and requirements at your function and report HSE observations;
• Keep your workspace organized and follow Clean Desk Policy;
• Apply the CISP and respect the code of conduct;
• Carry out other tasks as required by management;

Advance knowledge in Invoicing and Finance Policy in PA;

The Individual

• Preferably a Honors Degree in Finance & Accounting;
• A minimum of 5 years working experience in the industry and a minimum of 3 years in a senior position;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English - Oral and writing;
Computer Literacy:
• MS Office applications
